The Code Gym is a boutique style training studio which focuses on transforming clients’ lives though a realistic style of training and nutrition. It doesn’t matter what goals the client wants to achieve, we tailor a personalised training and nutrition plan which compliments their existing lifestyle.
Our mission is to change the stigma associated with the fitness industry and create a no-nonsense, no-fad, positive and enjoyable experience for the community. We aim to help and educated 1000 people over the next 3 years to enhance their mental and physical well-being; thus enhancing their way of life!

At The Code Personal Training Studio our focus is using the benefits of strength training to help sculpt the client’s desired body. We understand the importance of strength training for everyone not only as a aesthetic point of view but also the numerous health benefits that are associated with strength. We are all about no-gimmick, results-based training that is periodised and customised to every individual client. The combination of strength-based exercise and conditioning will guarantee the results you are looking for.
We have the knowledge and experience to customise a training program for everyone regardless of their goal. It doesn’t matter if you have never set foot in a gym before or have been training your entire life here at The Code, you will always feel welcome and comfortable in our non-intimidating environment with friendly trainers.
Here at The Code Studio we believe in a healthy, balanced lifestyle. We design your nutrition programs to compliment your existing way of life. Our programs are customised to suit each individual, their training program and their social/work life. We understand that everyone leads a busy and stressful life so why add extra stress to your day by limiting foods or eating food you don’t enjoy? Instead we create a plan that works for you, one that lets you live the life you choose and gain the results you desire. Our programs will have you feeling healthier and happier not hungry and restricted.
Laura as a person is fun, positive and a joy to spend time with. As a trainer, she brings all these personal traits as well a huge amount of knowledge, energy and laughter to her sessions. I have been seeing Laura for the last few years in both group and one on one sessions and have thoroughly enjoyed both. The environment at The Code is friendly, practical and i would highly recommend it to anyone interested in doing something good for themselves.
